Cubra o carpaccio com o molho e dê o toque final com 50g de parmesão ralado grosso. Reserve na geladeira. Misture a gelatina em pó incolor em 4 colheres de sopa de água fria, leve a aquecer por 1 minuto no micro-ondas até derreter completamente, então misture o leite condensado e o creme de leite nessa gelatina incolor já derretida, junte essa mistura nas gelatinas picadas da vasilha, unte uma forma grande de buraco no meio com um pouco de óleo, derrame toda a mistura  e leve pra gelar outra vez por no mínimo 6 horas. Coloque o tomate, refogue mais uns dois minutinhos, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333399;"&gt;tire do fogo e a parte, misture o trigo, o leite e as gemas, agregue ao refogado, volte ao fogo mexendo até soltar do fundo da panela. Junte a salsinha e prove sal e pimenta. Reserve e deixe esfriar até conseguir modelar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333399;"&gt;Modele, passe no trigo, nas claras e depois no pó de rosca. Frite em óleo quente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333399;"&gt;Fica uma delícia!!! Criei, executei e tem feito sucesso absoluto no bar...&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;1kg de costelinha e carne de porco "temperada", cortada em cubinhos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;óleo pra fritar (500ml)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;200g de alho em lascas grossas alourados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;cheiro verde picado pra enfeitar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;Modo de fazer:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;colocar os pedaços de porco picados na panela de pressão por 10 minutos, acrescentar sal q.b.,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;com água que os cubra. Cozinhar por 10 minutos. Tirar a pressão, abrir a panela e escorrer &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;bem até ficar sequinho. Esquentar óleo numa frigideira fundinha, colocar os pedacinhos de porco e fritar bem até que corem e dourem por igual.
